9th Street House For Sale

Our next door neighbor is selling his house for $95K. It's a two-story with three seperate apartments and a one-car driveway. I've only been in the first floor apartment, but it's in pretty good shape. I'm putting this out there because I'd love to see some good people get ahold of that building. If some slumlord loser grabs it and fills it with lousy neighbors, then that would kind of suck for us. So, all you good people, think about buying in Hunting Park!
