Definitely agree with you on this one. Give the guy a chance. As far as the 'roids and records go, I think there should be severe penalties if it is proven, but I don't know if you can erase or nullify records that have been or will be set. For all we know, the players who set the records in the first place could have secretly been using performance enhancers.
