How a DJ can save the world
On Saturday I was the DJ at a party for 25 eight-year-olds, thus solidifying my position on the lowest rung of the DJ ladder. But when I'm not taking requests from the Tarzan soundtrack, I'm practicing for greater things:
UPDATE: The mom of the kid who the party was for gave me rave reviews:
Just wanted to tell you that everything on Saturday for the communion went over without a hitch. Ryan was great. He was more than accommodating and I wanted to thank you once again and just also communicate to you that he did a great job. Whatever we needed he was more than open to and the children had a great time which was, as you know, our biggest concern. Just wanted to thank you again and just know that Ryan was really right on the mark.
