Just when you think you've seen it all...

I was coming home on the subway and a man entered our train car selling women's underwear of a rather scandalous nature. Two pair for $5 or five pair for $10. He had no takers on our train and I wondered if somewhere out there exist women who purchase their underwear from a man on a Philadelphia subway.
