To Summarize:

It's just one long journey toward healing and wholeness.

Going in to Monday morning on zero sleep. Up all night working on a precious friendship after a long weekend of tough love Friday, DJ work Saturday, chilling with Noel Castellanos Sunday morning, and weekly house meeting Sunday night.

Good stuff all of it. For me, the big battle these days is getting to bed early enough so that I can wake up early and start my day right. I guess another option is simply to not sleep at all and start your day when the sun comes up.

I am more aware than ever these days that life is a very long and difficult journey towards God. I am thankful for the people who are on the road with me right now. I've got five great guys living here at 9th Street and a bunch more friends scattered around the world.

It has been a long time coming, but I literally wake up (or simply shower away the tiredness of an all nighter) every day right now thinking that this is a great life. The funny thing is that it is equally true that I can't remember the last time my life was this difficult. An old gym rat t-shirt said it simply, "It's a good kind of pain."
