FIND OF THE DAY: mailing list companies give great demographics

I am a fiend for neighborhood data. Today I was chasing a rabbit trail of an idea and looked to see what it would cost to buy a mailing list for all the addresses in Ayuda's target area. I stumbled on this wildly attractive and readable demographic report from one of the mailing list companies. This represents a 0.3 mile radius around Ayuda. Score one for capitalism and the lack of privacy!



p.s. - yes, those numbers are accurate....
