Coming to a Community Garden Near You

On December 1 we are decorating the Community Garden. I ordered 100 LED lights and 100 3 volt batteries to power them. In a variation of what you see in this video, we're going to make tree ornaments with an LED and a clear plastic cup. The LED should light the whole cup with it's color, so once we have a bunch on the tree, it should look pretty sweet. The cup should allow the color to appear on a bigger surface if that makes any sense. Just trust me, it's going to be a cool craft project for the kids and it's going to make our tree look awesome. Total cost: $55. Items should arrive via UPS November 5. We still need regular Christmas lights to decorate the fence and other parts of the garden.
