Warehouse. Where house? Wear house.

Spirit and Truth Fellowship has finally found a way to transform one of two warehouses into something useful for the community. By selling the building to a friendly business, the church obtained a free 25-year lease on the room you see below. The room is about twice the size of the church sanctuary and between now and September, the plan is to turn it into an adult education center. We spent Saturday working with a bunch of great volunteers from the University of Delaware. This will pretty much be all my Saturdays for the next five months. Check out the gaping hole in the roof. We have a lot of work to do to get this room ready to go and we need to raise about $150k or something like that.


This is all happening in one of two warehouses the Spirit and Truth purchased about four years ago. The other one, below, is still empty and I secretly hope Ayuda can buy it and renovate it one of these days...
