9th Street welcomes Big Brother (aka Phila Parking Authority)

From today's Daily News:

The Philadelphia Parking Authority will soon expand its red- light-camera program by placing new cameras at three intersections - 58th and Walnut streets, Broad Street and Hunting Park Avenue, and 9th Street and Roosevelt Boulevard.

I wonder if all this will eventually lower my car insurance rates.
