Dismantling a house, building a community

The property at 4401 N. 9th St. has been a hazard beyond repair for several years now. It is finally getting torn down due to the relationship between the Hunting Park Civic Association and the Communities Working Together initiative of the Managing Director's Office. Now we have to figure out how to keep the new lot from attracting trash and illegal activity.
