This Date in Phillies History

June 19, 1982: Pete Rose scores his 1,950th run to pass Stan Musial for 3rd place on all-time NL list.

June 20, 1883: the Boston Red Sox scored 29 runs against the Phillies. That is a whole lot of runs.

At this moment, the Phils are beating Big Unit and the Yankees. Bottom of the 8th. 3-2

UPDATE: 10:00pm David Bell, don't be a loser. Bases loaded DBell is up.

UPDATE: 10:04pm DBell struck out but the pitch was wild and he made it to first while Rollins got home. Fasano strikes out to end the inning. Phils up 4-2. Top of the 9th. Three more outs, baby. Three more outs.

UPDATE: 10:12pm Giambi strikes out swinging. I love it. Put this one in the win column for the Phightin' Phils!
